 Sponsor a Program
Often times, a particular YPAL program truly inspires a sponsor. Maybe
that program sparks a fond memory or speaks to a personal value,
or the sponsor just appreciates what that particular program
offers to young people.
Sponsors, so moved, wish to support that program to assure it
continues as part of the Yakima Police Athletic League. Sponsor
can financially support a program, either in part or may fund
the entire program for a certain length of time.
Sponsoring a particular program assures the donor that their
generous gift will be applied only to that program.

Ways to support the efforts at YPAL
 Sponsor a kid
A small stipend from you can allow a youngster to participate
in YPAL activities. This can be a life changing experience. A small
expense to you can make a huge difference to a youngster.
Sponsor a team
Help sponsor one of our teams. You’ll be proud to be associated
with these activities that teach leadership, teamwork and discipline.
Become a volunteer
There are few things as rewarding as working with young people.
If you have a skill to share or simply a little time to contribute,
give some of yourself and produce big results in someone else’s
life!
 Annual Golf Tournament
One of YPAL’s major fund raisers is
our annual golf tournament. Held
late in the spring or early each summer, when the weather is perfect,
friends of the program gather for fun in the sun, a great round
of golf and just to hang out with fun people.
Best of all, participating in our annual golf tournament is an
opportunity to share a great time while supporting a wonderful
program. All proceeds from the tournament go to program services
right here in Yakima.
