About Lieutenant Tom Foley:

Lieutenant Foley is the Watch Commander of YPD's Special Operations Division, which includes, YPAL, Traffic, Gang Unit, Training, Recruitment, Community Services, G.R.E.A.T. Program, School Resource Officers and Explorers. He has been a police officer since 1984 and has been with YPD since 1989.
