MLK Reroute Alert
Due to the road construction on Martin Luther King Blvd, starting March 11th, route 1 will be detouring to Yakima Ave. The detour starts at 3rd Ave north to “D” Street, “D” Street to 1st Street, 1st Street to MLK Blvd and resume regular route. This detour will last for approximately 1 1/2 years.

Heading to Ellensburg or Yakima for College, Employment, Medical, or Shopping?
Since Nov. 2011 HopeSource (Ellensburg), with Yakima Transit’s support has been providing public transportation between Yakima and Ellensburg. The route runs Monday through Fridays only from 6:00am to 6:30pm. The cost to use the service is $4 each way or $125 for a monthly pass.
