  7. Why am I asked to enter my old password when I click the “Forgot Password” link?
    When you select “Forgot Password,” you will receive an email with a new temporary password. Enter the temporary password on the Log In screen and on the Change Password screen as the “old password.”
  8. Can I pay all of my City of Yakima utility accounts with one transaction?

  9. I moved recently. Can I pay my closing bill at my former address and my bill for my new home in the same transaction?

  13. Can I make partial payments?
    Yes; but if the bill amount will not be paid in full by the due date please call Utility Services at 509-575-6080.
  14. Can I pay more than the amount owing (pre-pay a bill)?
    Yes.
  15. Can I pay an account that is in collection?
    Yes. Please call Utility Services at 509-575-6080 to verify the account number and to assure that the collection agency is promptly notified of your payment.
  16. Can I make payment arrangements on-line?
    No; please call Utility Services at 509-575-6080 for payment arrangements.
  17. Can I pay a bill for someone else?
    Yes; you will need to supply their City of Yakima utility account number and an email address and phone number (yours or the person whose bill you are paying).
