{"id":11061,"date":"2021-09-07T08:45:26","date_gmt":"2021-09-07T15:45:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.yakimawa.gov\/media\/news\/?p=11061"},"modified":"2021-09-07T08:47:49","modified_gmt":"2021-09-07T15:47:49","slug":"signal-project-to-impact-traffic-at-40th-and-lincoln","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.yakimawa.gov\/media\/news\/signal-project-to-impact-traffic-at-40th-and-lincoln\/","title":{"rendered":"Signal Project to Impact Traffic at 40th and Lincoln"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Traffic will be restricted at the intersection of 40<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue and Lincoln Avenue tomorrow, Wednesday, September 8<sup>th<\/sup>, for a project to replace a damaged traffic signal arm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contractors and City of Yakima crews will be on site working on the project Wednesday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. During the project work hours, the traffic signal will not be in operation and flaggers will be on site directing traffic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Northbound traffic at the intersection will be reduced to one lane at times to accommodate a crane truck dismantling the damaged traffic signal arm and pole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because of heavy traffic volume, drivers can expect delays in the project area.
