{"id":11604,"date":"2022-02-28T09:04:21","date_gmt":"2022-02-28T17:04:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.yakimawa.gov\/media\/news\/?p=11604"},"modified":"2022-02-28T10:55:21","modified_gmt":"2022-02-28T18:55:21","slug":"sewer-line-project-to-impact-traffic-on-s-16th-avenue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.yakimawa.gov\/media\/news\/sewer-line-project-to-impact-traffic-on-s-16th-avenue\/","title":{"rendered":"Sewer Line Project to Impact Traffic on S. 16th Avenue"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A project to repair an aging sewer line will impact traffic on a section of South 16<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Traffic on South 16<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;Avenue will be limited to one lane in each direction between West Nob Hill Boulevard and West Prasch Avenue starting Tuesday, March 1<sup>st<\/sup>, through Thursday, March 3<sup>rd<\/sup>. &nbsp;Traffic restrictions will be in place during project work hours of 7:00 am to 5:00 pm each day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The general contractor for the project is Hurst Construction, LLC, which is based in Wenatchee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drivers are reminded that the speed limit through all traffic-related work zones within the City of Yakima is 20 miles-per-hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the project, traffic delays in the area are likely to occur.
