The sidewalk along that section of 16<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue will be closed during project work hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe trees are at the end of their lifecycle and have become a potential hazard to Milroy Park users as well as those traveling along 16<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue,\u201d said Parks &amp; Recreation Manager Ken Wilkinson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because of heavy traffic volume, drivers can expect delays in the project area.
