{"id":12455,"date":"2022-10-14T09:46:58","date_gmt":"2022-10-14T16:46:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.yakimawa.gov\/media\/news\/?p=12455"},"modified":"2022-10-14T09:46:59","modified_gmt":"2022-10-14T16:46:59","slug":"project-to-close-section-of-englewood-avenue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.yakimawa.gov\/media\/news\/project-to-close-section-of-englewood-avenue\/","title":{"rendered":"Project to Close Section of Englewood Avenue"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A section of Englewood Avenue will be closed three days next week for a project to improve the roadway surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Englewood Avenue will be closed between 56<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue and 49<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue from 7:00 am on Monday, October 17<sup>th<\/sup>, through 3:00 pm on Wednesday, October 19<sup>th<\/sup>. The project will involve grinding and overlaying the asphalt on that section of Englewood Avenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detour routes will be in effect and posted to assist drivers. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses in the area, as well as emergency vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because of heavy traffic volume, drivers can expect delays in the project area.
