Emergency services will remain available. Yakima Municipal Court will be closed for the holiday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yakima Transit will not provide bus service on June 19th. Garbage pick-up will not be delayed, but the Refuse Division office will be closed June 19th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Several local events are planned to mark Juneteenth celebrations this year, such as Yakima County NAACP hosting the annual Juneteenth event at the city&#8217;s Martin Luther King Jr. Park this weekend. Click <a href=\"https:\/\/yakimacountynaacp.wixsite.com\/1140b\">Home | Yakima County NAACP Branch #1140-B<\/a> for more about the celebration and a Freedom Ride Caravan that\u2019s planned for Saturday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Yakima City Council has proclaimed this week Juneteenth Freedom Week in the city of Yakima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Though City of Yakima offices will be closed Monday, city water, sewer and refuse customers can use a bill payment kiosk outside City Hall\u2019s main entrance on 2<sup>nd<\/sup>&nbsp;Street that is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Online utility bill payments are also an option.
