Its main objectives are:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Address visual blight (trash, graffiti, dangerous building, abandoned vehicles, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address unscheduled collection of waste and litter from the City\u2019s public areas\/thoroughfares<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expedite the clean-up of such illegal dumps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clean up homeless encampments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support Yakima Police Department officers in unlawful camping enforcement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide coordination with neighborhoods for annual clean-up events<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create educational components<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage with community partners and volunteers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Clean City, under the direction of the City\u2019s Public Works Department, coordinates the efforts of several City divisions, departments and community partners.
