During the outage, the signal has been replaced by large stop signs at the intersection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Traffic signals typically flash red at all intersections within the Phase 3 project area, N. 1<sup>st<\/sup> Street from Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard to I Street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Power to the Lincoln Avenue signal was cut because the meter controlling that signal had to be removed during Phase 3 construction. \u201cThe contractor is in communication with Pacific Power to re-route power from another source,\u201d said Traffic Operations Supervisor Dan Nickoloff. \u201cHowever, the timeframe for rerouting power is indefinite. It could be a while before that happens.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The North 1<sup>st<\/sup> Street revitalization project is intended to improve safety for drivers and pedestrians.
