Artists are invited to submit digital images of their work for consideration in a new project created by the City of Yakima Arts Commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The call for Central Washington artists seeks submissions for a garbage receptacle art project. The theme of the subject matter is, \u201cKeep Yakima Beautiful.\u201d The project seeks art related to the environment and natural beauty that represents the Yakima Valley. This can include landscapes, flora, fauna and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accepted graphic arts include paintings, drawings, digital art, etc\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The submission deadline is Friday, November 8th<\/sup>. See attachments below for submission instructions and licensing agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As with the Yakima Arts Commission\u2019s Windows Alive! project, artists selected for the garbage receptacle art project will each receive a $250 stipend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
