The lane closure will be in effect from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm on Friday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The lane closure is required for improvements that include new curb, gutter, sidewalk and a driveway approach for a private development project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to heavy traffic volumes on North 16<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue, drivers can expect delays.
