D St Intersection"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Traffic through the intersection of N. 5<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue and W. D Street will be limited to two lanes starting Monday, March 10<sup>th<\/sup>, for planned pedestrian safety improvements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lane closures will be in effect 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, starting March 10<sup>th<\/sup>.
