The Yakima community will honor its veterans and all U.S. military veterans by staging the 2025 Veterans Day Parade in Downtown Yakima on Tuesday, November 11th.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The parade is sponsored by the Veterans of Foreign Wars – Post 379. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The parade will begin at 10:45 am at the intersection of Yakima Avenue and 6th Street. The route will continue west on Yakima Avenue to 6th Avenue.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is scheduled to end at 12:30 pm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organizers anticipate approximately 750 participants and at least 50 vehicles in the parade. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

No parking will be allowed on Yakima Avenue between 6th Street and 6th Avenue from 8:45 am on November 11th until the parade is completed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cars parked along that portion of Yakima Avenue during that time will be subject to being towed at the owner’s expense. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yakima Avenue will be closed to motorized traffic from 6th Avenue to 6th Street. <\/p>\n\n\n
