Planned improvements for the intersection of E. Nob Hill Boulevard and Fair Avenue resume Monday, February 2nd<\/sup>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result, starting Monday the intersection will again be closed to traffic overnight from 7:00 pm to 6:00 am, Monday through Thursday. The intersection will be completely closed during those overnight hours. Traffic will be detoured north via Pacific Avenue or south via Mead Avenue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Access will be maintained to properties in the area. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overnight closures are required for several improvements planned for the intersection. They include a new traffic signal as well as reconstructing and widening the intersection with City water\/stormwater improvements <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The intersection will be opened up each Friday morning for the weekend.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is\u00a0anticipated\u00a0this work schedule, and related closures, will remain in place until Spring.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work originally began in October and temporarily halted in December due to winter weather. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project is scheduled to be completed in June. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This $3,012,345 project is funded by a Federal Highway Administration Surface Transportation Block Grant, local utility and Transportation Benefit District funds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
