Residents in the area will still have access to their homes from the east at 88<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue and from the west at 96<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>The project includes the rebuilding of existing sections of Coolidge as well as construction of a new section of the street that will result in Coolidge being connected from 88<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue to 96<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue. Additionally, new sewer and water lines, storm drains, sidewalks, and street lights will be installed.<\/p>\n<p>During the project, traffic delays in the area are likely to occur.
