The work will begin at 6:00 am and should be completed by 3:30 pm.<\/p>\n<p>Northbound traffic on 16<sup>th<\/sup> Ave will be restricted to one lane at the intersection and eastbound traffic on Nob Hill Blvd will be limited to a single lane in the construction area.<\/p>\n<p>Because of heavy traffic volume at this intersection, motorists can expect delays in the project area.
