The work will begin at 6:00 am and should be completed by 3:30 pm.<\/p>\n<p>While the project is underway, traffic will be restricted to one northbound lane on 16<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue and one eastbound lane on Nob Hill Boulevard.<\/p>\n<p>Because of heavy traffic volume at the intersection, drivers can expect delays in the project area.
