The work will begin at 6:00 am and should be completed by 3:30 pm.<\/p>\n<p>South 16<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue between Plath and Logan Avenue will be restricted to one lane going north.<\/p>\n<p>Because of heavy traffic volume, motorists can expect delays in the project area.
