The work will begin at 7:00 am and should be completed by 3:30 pm.<\/p>\n<p>South 18<sup>th<\/sup> Street between East Viola Avenue and Simpson Lane will be restricted going north. Traffic will channeled through the construction zone.<\/p>\n<p>Because of expected heavy traffic volumes, drivers can expect delays in the project area.
