The work will begin at 7:00 am and should be completed by 3:30 pm.<\/p>\n<p>The eastbound lanes of Nob Hill Boulevard between South 8<sup>th<\/sup> Street and South Fair Avenue will be restricted while the project is underway. Traffic will channelized through construction zone.<\/p>\n<p>Because of heavy traffic volume, drivers can expect delays in the project area.
