{"id":2517,"date":"2015-02-26T14:39:17","date_gmt":"2015-02-26T22:39:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.yakimawa.gov\/media\/news\/?p=2517"},"modified":"2015-02-26T14:39:17","modified_gmt":"2015-02-26T22:39:17","slug":"parking-lot-project-to-impact-traffic-on-40th-avenue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.yakimawa.gov\/media\/news\/parking-lot-project-to-impact-traffic-on-40th-avenue\/","title":{"rendered":"Parking Lot Project to Impact Traffic on 40th Avenue"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Traffic along a one-block portion of 40<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue near Fisher Park Golf Course will be impacted today, Friday, and next Monday while work associated with a golf course parking lot project is underway.<\/p>\n<p>The outside northbound lane of 40<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue in front of the golf course will be closed from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm each day on Thursday, February 26<sup>th<\/sup>, Friday, February 27<sup>th<\/sup>, and Monday, March 2<sup>nd<\/sup> while the curb and sidewalk along that stretch of 40<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue are replaced. The inside northbound lane will remain open and the southbound lanes will be unaffected. The curb and sidewalk along that portion of 40<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue were removed as part of a project to expand the Fisher Park Golf Course parking lot.<\/p>\n<p>During the project, traffic delays in the area are likely to occur.
