The work will begin at 7:00 am and should be completed by 3:30 pm.<\/p>\n<p>South 3<sup>rd<\/sup> Avenue between West Viola Avenue and West Prash Avenue will be restricted to one lane going north and south through construction zone.<\/p>\n<p>Because of heavy traffic volume, drivers can expect delays in the project area.
