The work will begin at 7:00 am on Wednesday and should be completed by 3:30 pm on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>West Lincoln Avenue between North 27<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue and North 28<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue will be restricted to one lane going west through construction zone.<\/p>\n<p>Because of heavy traffic volume, drivers can expect delays in the project area.
