The project will begin at 7:00 am that day and should be completed by 3:30 pm.<\/p>\n<p>While the project is underway, East Nob Hill between South Fair Avenue and South 12<sup>th<\/sup> Street will be restricted to one lane going east through the construction zone.<\/p>\n<p>Because of heavy traffic volume, drivers can expect delays in the project area.
