During the study session, the Council:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Voted to discontinue efforts to pursue a potential ballot measure concerning the formation of a Regional Fire Authority<\/li>\n<li>Heard a report on the 2012 Washington Survey and Fire Rating Report for the City of Yakima<\/li>\n<li>Heard a report on a proposed Automatic Aid Agreement between the City and the West Valley Fire District<\/li>\n<li>Gave its approval to changes in response protocols for the Yakima Fire Department<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Yakima City Council study sessions are aired live and replayed on Y-PAC, Charter Cable Channel 22.
