The work will begin at 6:00 am and should be completed within two or three hours.<\/p>\n<p>About 120 feet of both inside lanes of East Nob Hill Boulevard west of Fair Avenue will be closed while crews are working.<\/p>\n<p>While the project is underway, drivers can expect delays on roads near the project area.
