A detour will be posted at South 1<sup>st<\/sup> Street and South 6<sup>th<\/sup> Street.<\/p>\n<p>Construction activities may temporarily affect homeowners and businesses adjacent to the project area.<\/p>\n<p>During the project, traffic delays in the areas are likely to occur. Drivers should use alternate routes if possible until the project is completed.<\/p>\n<p>Access to homes and businesses in the project area will be impacted, but will be maintained when possible. Emergency vehicles will be allowed through the project area if necessary.<\/p>\n<p>As always, the schedule for this type of project is subject to change daily dependent on weather, equipment failure, and emergencies.<\/p>\n<p>P.O.W.
