Detour routes will be in place during the project. Drivers can avoid the project area by following the detour routes from Nob Hill to Washington Avenue via 48<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue or via 24<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>While the project is underway, drivers can expect delays on roads near the project area.
