The project will begin at 7:00 am and should be completed by 3:30 pm.<\/p>\n<p>While the work is underway, westbound traffic will be reduced to a single lane on East Nob Hill between South Fair Avenue and South 13<sup>th<\/sup> Street near the fairgrounds.<\/p>\n<p>Because of heavy traffic volume, drivers can expect delays in the project area.
