The work will begin at 5:00 am and should be completed by 3:30 pm.<\/p>\n<p>The eastbound and westbound lanes of Nob Hill Boulevard between South 28<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue and South 26<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue will be restricted while the project is underway. Traffic will channeled through the construction zone.<\/p>\n<p>Because of heavy traffic volume, drivers can expect delays in the project area.
