The work will begin at 6:00 am and should be completed within two or three hours.<\/p>\n<p>About 120 feet of the westbound outside lane on Nob Hill around 10<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue will be closed while crews are working. The section of 10<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue between Nob Hill and Stewart Street will also be closed during the project.<\/p>\n<p>While the project is underway, drivers can expect delays on roads near the project area.
