{"id":3013,"date":"2015-10-19T10:29:37","date_gmt":"2015-10-19T17:29:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.yakimawa.gov\/media\/news\/?p=3013"},"modified":"2015-10-19T10:32:08","modified_gmt":"2015-10-19T17:32:08","slug":"road-repair-work-to-affect-traffic-on-east-i-street","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.yakimawa.gov\/media\/news\/road-repair-work-to-affect-traffic-on-east-i-street\/","title":{"rendered":"Road Repair Work to Affect Traffic on East &#8220;I&#8221; Street"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Crews from Granite Construction will begin work on Tuesday, October 20<sup>th<\/sup> making permanent road repairs to a portion of East &#8220;I&#8221; Street that was heavily damaged by a water main break in late August.<\/p>\n<p>During the construction work, the westbound lane of &#8220;I&#8221; Street will be closed to traffic at North 1<sup>st<\/sup> Street.<\/p>\n<p>The eastbound lane of &#8220;I&#8221; Street be closed at Front Street during the day from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, but open to traffic at night.<\/p>\n<p>Detour routes will be clearly marked and local access to nearby businesses will be maintained as best as possible.
