Work on the project will begin at 7:00 am and should be completed by 3:30 pm each day.<\/p>\n<p>The eastbound and westbound lanes of Nob Hill Boulevard between South 24<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue and South 27<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue will be restricted while the project is underway.\u00a0 Traffic will channeled through the construction zone.<\/p>\n<p>Because of heavy traffic volume, drivers can expect delays in the project area.\u00a0 Drivers should use alternate routes if possible until the work is completed.<\/p>\n<p>Drivers are reminded that the speed limit through all traffic-related works zones within the City of Yakima is 20 miles-per-hour.<\/p>\n<p>Access to homes and businesses in the project area will be maintained as best as possible and emergency vehicles will be allowed through the project area if necessary.<\/p>\n<p>As always, the schedule for this type of project is subject to change daily dependent on weather, equipment failure, and emergencies.<\/p>\n<p>For more information about the project, contact Water Distribution Supervisor, Emilio Lopez at 575-6196.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yakimawa.gov\/media\/news\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/6\/Asphalt-Work-on-Nob-Hill-News-Release.pdf\">Asphalt Work on Nob Hill &#8211; News Release<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asphalt repairs will result in traffic restrictions on a portion of West Nob Hill Boulevard from Wednesday, October 5th through Thursday, October 6th.
