{"id":3893,"date":"2016-10-07T15:31:57","date_gmt":"2016-10-07T22:31:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.yakimawa.gov\/media\/news\/?p=3893"},"modified":"2016-10-07T15:31:57","modified_gmt":"2016-10-07T22:31:57","slug":"sewer-main-installation-impact-traffic-englewood","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.yakimawa.gov\/media\/news\/sewer-main-installation-impact-traffic-englewood\/","title":{"rendered":"Sewer Main Installation to Impact Traffic on Englewood"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Installation of a sewer main to serve a new senior living complex will result in traffic impacts on a portion of Englewood Avenue from Monday, October 10<sup>th<\/sup> through Friday, October 14<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>The portion of Englewood between 40<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue and 44<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue will be closed from October 10<sup>th<\/sup> through October 14<sup>th<\/sup> while a sewer main is installed to serve new unit that are being built as part of the Pear Orchard senior living complex.\u00a0 Work on the project is scheduled to take place each day from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.<\/p>\n<p>While the project is underway, detour routes around the project area will be available.\u00a0 Appropriate signage will be in place to direct drivers to the detour routes.<\/p>\n<p>During the project, traffic delays in the area are likely to occur.\u00a0 Drivers should use alternate routes until the project is completed.<\/p>\n<p>Access to homes and businesses in the project area will be maintained as best as possible.\u00a0 Emergency vehicles will be allowed through the project area if necessary.<\/p>\n<p>As always, the schedule for this type of a project is subject to change daily dependent on weather, equipment failure, and emergencies.<\/p>\n<p>For additional information about this project, contact Construction Supervisor Bruce Floyd at 575-6138.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yakimawa.gov\/media\/news\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/6\/sewe.pdf\">Sewer System Project on Englewood Avenue &#8211; News Release<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Installation of a sewer main to serve a new senior living complex will result in traffic impacts on a portion of Englewood Avenue from Monday, October 10th through Friday, October 14th.
