{"id":4305,"date":"2017-04-19T11:56:24","date_gmt":"2017-04-19T18:56:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.yakimawa.gov\/media\/news\/?p=4305"},"modified":"2017-04-19T11:56:24","modified_gmt":"2017-04-19T18:56:24","slug":"manhole-project-impact-traffic-nob-hill","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.yakimawa.gov\/media\/news\/manhole-project-impact-traffic-nob-hill\/","title":{"rendered":"Manhole Project to Impact Traffic on Nob Hill"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A project to repair a manhole will impact traffic along a section of Nob Hill Boulevard for part of the morning on Thursday, April 20<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>City of Yakima Wastewater Division crews will be working on the project between 5:00 am and 10:00 am on April 20<sup>th<\/sup>.\u00a0 The manhole being repaired is located on Nob Hill between 20<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue and 21<sup>st<\/sup> Avenue.\u00a0 While the project is underway, the inside, eastbound lane and the turn lane on Nob Hill between 19<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue and 21<sup>st<\/sup> Avenue will be closed. \u00a0Drivers will still be able to use the outside, eastbound lane along that section of Nob Hill.<\/p>\n<p>Drivers are reminded that the speed limit through all traffic-related works zones within the City of Yakima is 20 miles-per-hour.<\/p>\n<p>During the project, traffic delays in the area are likely to occur.\u00a0 Drivers should use alternate routes if possible until the project is completed.<\/p>\n<p>Access to homes and businesses in the area will be maintained and traffic will be allowed through the project area when possible.<\/p>\n<p>As always, the schedule for this type of a project is subject to change daily dependent on weather, equipment failure, and emergencies.<\/p>\n<p>For additional information about this project, contact Wastewater Collections Supervisor Bob Brown at 406-7103.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yakimawa.gov\/media\/news\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/6\/Manhole-Repair-Project-News-Release.pdf\">Manhole Repair Project &#8211; News Release<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A project to repair a manhole will impact traffic along a section of Nob Hill Boulevard for part of the morning on Thursday, April 20th.
