{"id":61,"date":"2013-02-25T09:32:21","date_gmt":"2013-02-25T17:32:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.yakimawa.gov\/media\/news\/?p=61"},"modified":"2014-04-16T11:39:57","modified_gmt":"2014-04-16T18:39:57","slug":"sidewalk-street-lighting-adjustments-will-impact-traffic-on-west-yakima-ave","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.yakimawa.gov\/media\/news\/sidewalk-street-lighting-adjustments-will-impact-traffic-on-west-yakima-ave\/","title":{"rendered":"Sidewalk Street Lighting Adjustments Will Impact Traffic on West Yakima Ave"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Contact:<\/strong> Traffic Operations Supervisor Rick Dwyer \u2013 576-6425<br \/>\nCommunity Relations Manager Randy Beehler \u2013 901-1142 \u2013 <a href=\"mailto:randy.beehler@yakimawa.gov\">randy.beehler@yakimawa.gov<\/a><\/p>\n<p>City of Yakima signal technicians began making adjustments to the sidewalk street lighting on West Yakima Avenue on Monday, February 25<sup>th<\/sup>.\u00a0 The work, which is expected to take several days to complete, will impact traffic on both the north and south sides of West Yakima Avenue between 7<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue and Front Street.<\/p>\n<p>It is likely that traffic will experience intermittent interruptions while the work is in progress.\u00a0 Traffic may be reduced to one lane in the work zone. The work is expected to begin by 8:00 am each day and should end by about 5:00 pm each day.
