It is in effect from 11:00 am tomorrow, Tuesday, January 8<sup>th<\/sup>\nthrough 12:00 pm on Wednesday, January 9<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nadvisory states that a winter storm will bring widespread precipitation Tuesday\nand Tuesday night. A mixture of snow, sleet, and freezing rain is expected\nthroughout the area, the NWS said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Total\nsnow accumulation may reach 2 to 4 inches and it&#8217;s expected ice accumulations\nmay reach one-tenth of an inch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The City of Yakima\nurges residents to use caution when driving during the weather advisory and to\nlimit travel if possible.
