Call Recreation Program Supervisor Leslie\nRichards at 575-6166 to make an appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We&#8217;re encouraging the\ncommunity to make a difference by donating blood,&#8221; said Richards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The City of Yakima&#8217;s Harman\nCenter is located at 101 North 65<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue.
