The meeting is rescheduled for\n5:30 pm on Wednesday, March 13<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The focus of this Wednesday&#8217;s\nmeeting was to be a presentation and seeking public input for the Martin Luther\nKing Jr. Park pool feasibility study. The pool study will now be the focus of\nthe Parks and Recreation Commission meeting scheduled for March 13<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The City of Yakima has hired the\nconsulting firm Counsilman-Hunsaker to conduct the feasibility study. Miklos\nValdez from that firm was originally scheduled to make a presentation during\nthe February 13<sup>th<\/sup> meeting and be in Yakima all day on Thursday,\nFebruary 14<sup>th<\/sup>, to gather information and receive input from various\ngroups for the feasibility study. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to rescheduling his\nParks and Recreation Commission appearance to March 13<sup>th<\/sup>, Valdez\nwill also be in Yakima on March 14<sup>th<\/sup> to meet with various groups\nabout the feasibility study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Parks and Recreation\nCommission meets in Council Chambers at Yakima City Hall, 129 North 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\nStreet.
