Contracting, Inc. of Pasco will begin\nconstruction near Elks Park on February 14<sup>th<\/sup> by removing snow within\nthe limits of the project.&nbsp; On Monday,\nFebruary 18<sup>th<\/sup>, the contractor will begin installation of a new sewer\nas well as replacement of the Old Union Irrigation canal crossing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Construction activity will affect\nproperties along Hathaway Street between North 6<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue and North\n16<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue and may cause some minor inconvenience. Local access to\nresidents and businesses will be maintained as best as possible during the\nproject, although the road will be closed to thru traffic. Emergency\nvehicles will be allowed through the project area when necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The overall project is expected to take 70 working days and be completed by the end of May.
