The street sweeping program\nbegan about a month ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Due to the severity of the winter,\nthere is more of a sand\/gravel mix left on the street after the snow\nmelts,&#8221; said Streets &amp; Traffic Manager Joe Rosenlund. &#8220;City\nstreet crews have nearly completed sweeping the main arterials and are starting\non neighborhood streets.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe City is using six to eight sweepers,\nbut it is a time consuming process.
