{"id":7261,"date":"2019-04-23T15:48:16","date_gmt":"2019-04-23T22:48:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.yakimawa.gov\/media\/news\/?p=7261"},"modified":"2019-04-23T15:50:08","modified_gmt":"2019-04-23T22:50:08","slug":"water-line-installation-to-close-a-portion-of-west-j-street","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.yakimawa.gov\/media\/news\/water-line-installation-to-close-a-portion-of-west-j-street\/","title":{"rendered":"Water Line Installation to Close a Portion of West J Street"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Installation of a new water service will result in the closure of West J Street between 16<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue and 20<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue from Wednesday, April 24<sup>th <\/sup>to Thursday, April 25<sup>th<\/sup>. \u00a0Work on the project will take place from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm every day until completed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due of heavy\ntraffic volume in the area, drivers can expect delays in the project area.&nbsp; Drivers should use\nalternate routes if possible until the work is completed.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drivers are reminded that the speed limit\nthrough all traffic-related work zones within the City of Yakima is 20\nmiles-per-hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Access to homes and businesses in the\nproject area will be maintained as best as possible and emergency vehicles will\nbe allowed through the project area if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The repairs may\ncause interruptions in scheduled refuse collection.
