{"id":7492,"date":"2019-06-26T08:41:30","date_gmt":"2019-06-26T15:41:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.yakimawa.gov\/media\/news\/?p=7492"},"modified":"2019-06-26T08:41:31","modified_gmt":"2019-06-26T15:41:31","slug":"school-supply-drive-begins-july-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.yakimawa.gov\/media\/news\/school-supply-drive-begins-july-1\/","title":{"rendered":"School Supply Drive Begins July 1"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Students at\nlocal schools will benefit from a summer-long school supply drive that begins\nMonday, July 1<sup>st<\/sup> at the City of Yakima&#8217;s Harman Center, 101 N. 65<sup>th<\/sup>\nAvenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The\nsupplies will go to multiple schools in the Yakima City School District,&#8221;\nsaid Recreation Program Supervisor Leslie Richards. &#8220;Last year with the\namount of donations we were able to donate supplies to five different schools\nin the city.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The public is\ninvited to drop off items at the Harman Center from Monday, July 1<sup>st<\/sup>\nthrough the end of September.
