Organizers are expecting more than 6,500 participants this\nyear at a new site, 5 West Yakima Avenue, at the former Department of Ecology\nparking lot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result, 1<sup>st<\/sup>\nAvenue will be closed to traffic from Yakima Avenue to Martin Luther King, Jr.\nBoulevard.
