This year&#8217;s theme: &#8220;My Favorite Movie.&#8221;<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The 5<sup>th<\/sup> annual Downtown Yakima Chalk Art Festival will be held Saturday, October 12<sup>th<\/sup>.  The event begins at 11:00 am and ends at 3:00 pm this Saturday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Downtown Association of\nYakima (DAY) is hosting the chalk art festival. It anticipates about 100\nparticipants and more than 1,000 spectators for the event, which will be held on\nNorth 3<sup>rd<\/sup> Street between Yakima Avenue and Staff Sgt. Pendleton Way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result, North 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\nStreet will be closed to traffic from Yakima Avenue to Staff Sgt. Pendleton\nWay. In addition, Staff Sgt. Pendleton Way will be closed between 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\nStreet and 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Street.
