Crews will be replacing manhole covers and doing valve work in newly paved areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While the project is underway, only\none lane of traffic in each direction will be allowed through the Tieton Drive\nand 72<sup>nd<\/sup> Avenue intersection.&nbsp;\nWork on the project will take place from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm on October 24<sup>th<\/sup>.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drivers can expect delays in the\nproject area. Drivers should use alternate routes if possible until the work is\ncompleted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drivers are reminded that the\nspeed limit through all traffic-related work zones within the City of Yakima is\n20 miles-per-hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Access to businesses in the\nproject area will be maintained as best as possible and emergency vehicles will\nbe allowed through the project area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project may\ncause interruptions in scheduled refuse collection.
