Work\non the project will begin at 7:00 am and last until 4:00 pm each day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While the project is underway,\nJerome Avenue between 20<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue and 25<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue will be\nclosed to through traffic.&nbsp; Excavation\nnecessary for the wastewater line installation will result in the closure of\nJerome from 20<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue to 25<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue for the duration\nof the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Access to homes and businesses in the\nproject area will be maintained as best as possible and emergency vehicles will\nbe allowed through the project area if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project may\ncause interruptions in scheduled refuse collection.
