The liner will prevent roots from clogging the\npipes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drivers are reminded that the speed limit through all\ntraffic-related work zones within the City of Yakima is 20 miles-per-hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the project, traffic\ndelays in the area are likely to occur.
